A CT Scan of the Wrist evaluates the joints and bones of the wrist and nearby soft tissues. This scan can detect fractures, small bone fragments that have migrated into a joint, degenerative joint disease (arthritis), infections of the bone, injury to and infections of nearby soft tissues, damage to the tendons of the wrist and is used for pre-operative planning.

Dye/Contrast - This test is generally performed without contrast, although in certain circumstances your doctor or the radiologist may require it.
