Prices shown are estimates. Your final price can be higher or lower than the estimated prices listed on the website. The final price includes the performance of the test, the final Radiology report, and any contrast/dye if necessary.

 

Review the test you need by looking at your doctor’s order (or by calling your doctor’s office). Keep in mind that some tests include one or more body parts. For example, a CT scan to look for kidney stones includes a CT scan of the abdomen and a CT scan of the pelvis. You’ll need to look up both of these tests to get an accurate price estimate. Yes, a doctor's prescription is required. The Radiology facility will also obtain a copy of the order and your doctor's information prior to performing your test. If your plan permits you to pre-pay for services and then submit a claim/receipt for reimbursement, we make it easy to buy a Radiology test. You file your reimbursement claim with your insurance plan as per their procedure.

 

If you do have insurance coverage, your plan may require your doctor to request an authorization number for “high-tech” exams such as MRI and CT. If you do have insurance and will be submitting a claim for credit or reimbursement, you may need to obtain this number prior to receiving your test. Without this number, your insurance company may not reimburse you for the test.
